It takes place every year either end of April or beginning of May and is held right at the entrance to Belmopan, next to the junction of the George Price highway and the Hummingbird Highway. It is the country's biggest annual festival and some prominent Mennonite businesses from Spanish Lookout and Blue Creek also have their booths there such as Farmer's Trading Center, Reimer's Feed Mill, etc. Besides being a business expo the show also offers a variety of entertainment, like mechanical rides, rodeo, and motocross competition. Police are on patrol throughout day and night. About 300 feet away the creek joins the Belize River, right beside a shady park and it has a nice swimming place for those wishing to cool off.
